Peters on US

Peters yesterday on Agenda said:

“I think America is an amazing and wonderful country, it’s many countries in many ways. It has its problems but I’m glad America leads the free world and not some other country.”

Now this is a very welcome statement from our Foreign Minister, and one I doubt would be said by one from Labour. I’ve always thought Peters has the potential to turn into a good Foreign Minister, and if he gets over his natural instinct to attack the media at every turn he might succeed.
