Messenger may sue for unfair dismissal

The messenger sacked for leaking the cabinet paper to Telecom may sue over his dismissal.

This would be deeply ironic if he does. Because while no-one would disagree his dismissal was justified on substantive terms, the current employment law requires near perfect process. So if SSC and DPMC have erred in any way he may get a payout.
