Electoral Integrity Bill will not pass unchanged

It looks like the Electoral Integrity Bill which allows party leaders to expel MPs from Parliament will not pass, unless it is restricted to List MPs only.

I’d rather the bill didn’t pass at all, but having it restricted to List MPs would be better than passing it unchanged.
