I’m constantly surprised by the variety of people who turn up and comment on an issue on this blog. Several times academics have posted in relation to projects of theirs under discussion.

This week on the smoking lawsuit thread, the director’s of ASH and the Smokefree Coalition lobby groups both posted. The Drug Founation head has posted here several times.

Just noticed today the co-author of the organ donor bill has posted on the thread about that bill.

It’s one of things I really enjoy about blogging – that you can get direct dialogue with key players rather than just read about competing media releases in the paper.
