Big News reports on how the lawsuit against a Maine blogger has been dropped. The state tourism agency’s ad agency was suing Lance Dutson because of criticisms he had made of them.

Once upon a time the small guy would have to have settled as they couldn’t afford a court fight and had no way to fight back. But 1000s of blogs exposing the the agency was doing, and the resulting publicity resulted in them backing down.
