Taxpayers Union critical regardless of party

This is an analysis of the press releases put out by the Taxpayers Union since formation.

I’m proudly that it is independent and vigorous in criticizing wasteful spending and making the case for lowering taxes.

As you can see the vast majority of releases have been on the Government, and critical of it. I expect this will always be the case regardless of who is in Government.

82% of releases on the Government have been critical. This is slightly higher than for the Greens (78%), Labour (68%) and NZ First (67%).
