dish what Penny? I haven’t abused or bullied you. I can take criticism of my opinions, and even a little bit of winding up, what I refuse to take is personal abuse and bullying.

Abuse and bullying is not robust debate, rationally and calmly putting forward a considered argument is.

Penny, the way you feel you are treated here is no excuse for abusing and bullying me when I have not done anything to warrant it, except question your stance on this one matter.

Penny, it isn’t tough to abuse and bully, and it isn’t weakness to call someone out on abuse and bullying.

Penny, it is a long standing protocol that capitals on the internet indicates shouting, you continue to shout at me after I have asked you to stop – that is bullying and harassment.

So, asking for abuse to stop is whining? Does that mean Ms Bailey has been whining over having her ponytail pulled? Perhaps she should just stop whining about a bit of fun and toughen up.

And who said I was threatening anything? I said that if you continue your harassment and bullying I will report you, that isn’t a threat, that is a statement of intent.

That one word says more about you than me.

Heh heh – a classic indeed, Nostradamus.

Forgets what she’s posted, calls someone out, and when presented with the proof of her wrongdoing slinks off without further comment.

You can just imagine her going white and gripping her keyboard when Nookin produced! When her mind ever so momentarily entertained making an apology to Nookin the nasty part of her quickly took over “No, I must not show weakness…….I must not show weakness…..!”

And she can’t figure out why no-one takes her seriously? Well, there you have it right there ladies and gentlemen.

You should apologize to him for claiming he was wrong or lying, when clearly it was the other way around.

You should apologize to Wellygirl for your bullying tactics of shouting her down and inferring she does not care about women’s rights. You should apolgise to John Key for calling him a bully, when you bully others happily, and for when you pervert the facts with your innuendo about him, innuendo that is merely your own rabid and purely personal dislike. And you should apologize to the entire KB community for vandalize threads with ridiculously long posts that are merely screeds of ego-driven personal self-promotion.

Oh, and in response to your question about why the PM is seeking legal advice (and paying for it from his own pocket); perhaps he is seeing what options of redress he has against your serial litigant, blackmailing, tax cheating mate and you.

Penelope, I did not say “hyperlink”. I did not say “posted” or “inserted” which is the usual terminology when referring to a hyperlink. I used the words “link” and “chanted”. There can be absolutely no doubt in anybody’s mind that you were creating a link from your comments to a website in Australia for the sole purposes of trying to avoid a suppression order – your motivation being the further evidence of your acrimonious campaign against the Prime Minister.

You even asked Kiwibloggers whether they had followed up on your link by googling the person concerned. I wondered at the time whether you would try and evade the issue by saying that you had not created a “hyperlink” but I dismissed the idea – thinking that not even you could be so blatantly devious and dishonest.

If you have come down to splitting hairs so finely in order to create different meanings or exclude the natural and commonly accepted meanings of terminology then your credibility is shot to hell and gone. You posted here today pretending to be a “tough” Kiwiblogger – pertaining to lecture somebody else on debate. I have already mentioned your lack of honesty, reason and principle. You had just gone and reinforced that deficiency in spades. Your style is beneath contempt.

Does Penny Bright really think she’s fooling anyone? Really?

All it took was something like “Oh that Nookin, I had forgotten about it. You are right. Sorry, Penny” and she would instantly have shot up in people’s estimation of her. A little bit.

But no, she just can’t help herself.

The woman has a severe personality flaw. Again I say, a pity, because some times she has a good idea or two but which get lost in this crap she throws at people.

Andrew Little is showing a lot of poor political judgment.

He should be exploiting the PM’s position on the flag (alienating some conservatives in the centre and a lot of older voters who have voted Labour), thus when commenting about head of state matters saying that arrangements under Labour would be based on what the people want.

Offering his personal opinion on having a New Zealander as head of state does nothing to broaden support for Labour in the centre.

I’ve just been watching a video of the St Lucie Mud Jam 2014 shot in Yankland. All sorts of 4WD machinery being thrashed & a crowd enjoying a great day out.

BUT!!!!!

They’re carrying passengers on quads.

There are no seat belts or roll bars.

There’s a few cans being downed & nary a breathtester.

People are travelling on ute decks.

They’re in a public place but there’s not a rego or WOF to be seen.

There’s chicks aplenty in bikinis but not one puerile “slip, slap, slop” sign in sight.

There’s no evidence that the mud has been tested for contaminants.

Sort of reminds me of the NZ we used to have thirty odd years ago before the Fun Police & Safety Nazis took over.

hmmm, well Penny I’ve been around a while and although I have no real idea who wellygirl is,my educated guess tells me that the same “delicate Flower” that you are shouting at has a reputation of biting the heads off mutton birds in the mutton bird season.

hahaha… nah, I leave birds alone (the feathered variety that is), but I was told once by a former SAS Soldier that he was scared of me…. not sure if that is the same as biting heads of mutton bird’s.

So what went wrong?

Soon after the Kings left the house, however, a bus arrived and 100 people poured in for what has since been described as “the craziest party this city has ever seen”. Police called it a “drug-induced orgy” that lasted two days and estimated the damage at £40,000 ($80,482).

How bad did things get?

Mr King, who works for a Christian charity, told The Telegraph: “When we got there people were on the porch telling police to ‘F off’ and taunting them. It took my wife begging and pleading with some wasted girls through the glass for an hour before anyone would come out. We saw about 20 people file out, which was the left overs. A lot of them had passed out.”

Inside was a scene of carnage where people had been taking drugs, including ecstasy, cannabis, and crack. There was vomit on the walls, condoms and women’s underwear on the stairs, broken glass and crockery everywhere, barbecue sauce all over the 8ft-high ceilings, and a foul stench in the air.

I think it’s a safe assumption that insurance won’t cover the damage bill.

Like, no one who has been finally acquitted or convicted of, or pardoned for, an offence shall be tried or punished for it again.

Serial litigant Graham McCready has filed criminal proceedings against Key over his ponytail-pulling antics with an Auckland waitress …
Meanwhile, Bailey has approached McCready, through Unite Union secretary Mike Treen, asking he drop his case against Key.
“I politely but firmly declined,” McCready said. “As New Zealand’s independent prosecutor I do not take instructions from anyone. The case is before an Auckland District Court Judge, who will decide if Amanda Bailey and other witnesses will be ordered to appear to give evidence. This is called an oral evidence order.”
It was understood Bailey was considering taking her own legal case against the prime minister.

Since McCready has filed criminal proceedings against Key, can anyone bring the same case against Key?

If Amanda Bailey cannot bring a criminal case can she bring a case under the Human Rights Act or any other such legislation?

And if she would have considered a criminal case, and is stopped from doing that, so engages in some other action, is it fair for two cases to be bought against someone when only one case would have otherwise happened?

This is what EAD wants us to take seriously.

Does it surprise anyone that the magazine also ran an article tying Israel and international Jewry to ancient astronauts and the Reptilians?

Preston James, who claims to hold a Ph.D. in psychology, used a recent article to discuss Stephen Greer’s Disclosure Project and the earlier claims about the so-called Majestic Twelve, and he moves from contemporary Reptilian (or “Draco”) claims to the ancient astronaut theory, positing that space aliens were in control of Babylon, infiltrated world Judaism, and through the Jews gained control of the global finance system.

Just look at the number of paranoid conspiratorial bugaboos packed into just one paragraph of James’s article:
The incredibly Evil Alien ET group with which these Rothschild Banksters have aligned themselves is alleged to be the much feared Dracos who have been reported to be Cosmic Negative Energy Parasites who feed off of painful human death and acute human illness with great suffering. These Dracos especially relish child sacrifice and any mass human sacrifice caused by plagues and or staged, engineered wars and love to make humans sick by poisoning them with toxic additives and strange stealth viruses added to vaccines.

James claims that the aliens worship Satan and that Aleister Crowley was the first to learn that the Reptilians (Dracos) were in control of the Greys when he met a Grey inside a pyramid and named him Seth.

Oh, and as for these aliens in league with the Jews: They are analogous to the Watchers from the Book of Enoch, as evidenced from their propensity to mate with human women and produce offspring”

No matter how much he tries to say otherwise, EAD is peddling the same shit about Jews that the Nazis did.

Good find Nookin. It merely adds to the perception that McCready is a bully, with a thuggish streak as well. After all, what kind of person tries to blackmail a business owner by threatening to expose claims (false claims, as it transpired) that the man was guilty of financial impropriety and was mentally ill.

Penny Bright said last year “I hate lies and I detest liars”. I wonder what she sees in Graham McCready.

I swear I just saw some rangi as hori sounding fatty McFattybro on ‘Tales of Te Araroa’ saying something about how he went on a course to learn how to grow veges – and that’s good because they’re poor and stuff – can’t afford anything – helps feed his whanau.

He must eat veges all day broken up only by trips to the outhouse from looking at him. Big fat bastard – thick as anything. Yeah you clearly can’t afford takeaways and endless crap everyday – got fat just eating from my veg patch. Whatev-errrrrr cuz !!

I suppose it depends on what you’re going out to do – usually on a record time first is fastest.
It’s no good for the joints – hahahaha – I noticed joint issues on longer runs.

I was in Shanghai for the first time at the weekend, I did find the traffic (and pedestrians) a bit better than the craziness that is Beijing!

Being beaten up – with *your own pushbike* there’s something very wrong and yet uncontrollably hilarious about that

And those whose only knowledge of Brazilian women is TV scenes of the Rio beach scene?

No, it’s common knowledge that not only are Brazilian women on average very physically attractive, they are also very friendly, comfortable with their femininity, and not generally slutty like Kiwi women are.

Excellent, I have been in Beijing for about 5 months, and it is my first time in China too, but I think Shanghai will be a good start – despite the population – the city seems to be a lot easier to navigate than Beijing, and the people definitely seem a little friendlier, and all the main tourist attractions are close-isn to each other.

If you are willing to accept a little advice from a relative newcomer to China.

My advice is to watch out for the scams, they are prevalent in tourist spots and westerners are main targets. They usually work in pairs (either a couple or two girls, as females are less threatening), and will approach you for a photo, or to take a photo of them, then they will suck you into a conversation about where you are from, how long you are in China etc, before suggesting they take you somewhere to show the sights, have a coffee, or they will invite you to a tea ceremony, another one is to try and sell you some supposed ancient art. All of them are designed to rip you off, usually they will get you in a small room with a couple of heavies, and then refuse to let you leave until you have paid, sometimes up to 10’s of thousands of dollars, so I suggest if anyone you don’t know asks you to go somewhere say no, and refuse having your photo taken (I think they use that to send to others to try and target you further along), and if you have to be rude, be very rude!

Enjoy your trip to Europe and your time in Shanghai. Oh, and if you get a chance head to YuYuan Gardens, and particularly the shopping streets nearby, they are a good feel for China. 🙂

Thanks Manolo – had a look. The thing I want to know relates to the family of three adults featured in the story. Do you think that put together they might weigh more than a small hatchback ? Or a Gloriavale family of twelve ?

Would they fit crammed into in a classic mini ? Would the mini crack 25km/h ?

Poor bugger Alan Harper – had a stroke at age 32. From poor diet ? Wow. Is it 100% certain that it was too much salt ? Yeah mate – salt. This happened to you mainly or entirely from high salt intake.
