Blair Mulholland has found a nice clothing designer to stalk. He likes Miriam Clements’ statement:
I studied economics at university and I subscribe to right wing economic theory – ie. the less government interference the better
as much as her gorgeous photo.
No Right Turn looks at the censored environmental report and concludes:
My immediate reaction is that Trevor Mallard is lying when he claims that the material was cut because it was not supported by the facts. The final section accurately reflects the content of previous chapters …
NRT does state he accepts no Minister saw the early draft (I wonder if that includes though the Minister’s staff) and agrees with the Greens and National that the Environment Ministry is to blame and should lose the responsibility of preparing the report to the more independent Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment.
Whale Oil is getting nasty threats from certain anonymous people who objected to his detective work on the People Power website and the CYFSWatch website:
What you display is a complete and utter recklessness for your personal safety, which is fine, but as a parent, you don’t have that luxury anymore.
If something did happen to you – where would that leave him?
You don’t seem to realise how vulnerable you are Cameron – or worse, you maybe just don’t care.
You might as well have painted a great big target on yourself which reads “aim here please”.
Deathwish, perhaps?
If I was Cameron, I’d send that one to the Police. Especially now that Cameron has stated the anonymous threat makers are madder than Tom Cruise – bound to provoke them further!
Cactus Kate blogs about Bernard Hickey’s balls. Sadly for Bernard only in the symbolic sense of his ballsy statement:
Prices here are currently at least 30 per cent over-valued and it’s now a question of how much and how fast they fall rather than if they will fall.
Kate also enjoys an exchange in Bernard’s comment section.
Frog Blog wants the PM to set an election date well in advance of the normal six weeks notice. I agree with him/her/it.
In fact I like the idea of a fixed election date, with an early election only if a no confidence vote is lost and no alternative government can be formed.
