Slashdot reports on how a popular atheist commentator has been kicked off You Tube. Why?

Well he was fine when he did videos pointing out logical defects in Christian beliefs, but when he turned his focus to Islam, he was kicked off!

Now a mirror of the video has been put up. And it consists of nothing more than a video showing quotes from the Koran. That’s it. Sure the quotes are ones which talk about killing people, but they are all actual quotes.

The double standard of so many in the media (and You Tube is media of a sort) towards criticism of Christianity and Islam is blatant. I want the right to be able to criticise both, but You Tube only acts when it is Islam.

The pinnacle of this was Comedy Central refusing to allow Southpark to show a harmless shot of Mohammed handing someone a fish, yet they allowed in the same episode Jesus Christ defecating on the US flag. Yes the double standard is that bad.
