Telecom’s Marketing Strategy
This audio clip of Telecom CEO Theresa Gattung is startling. You hear her talk about how telcos use confusion as their chief marketing tool when it comes to pricing, that confusion helps all of them to keep prices up for longer than would have been the case otherwise, but how at some level customers know telcos are not being straight up.
Well yes we do know now for sure.
Now I don’t know when it was said, or the context in which it was said, but I look forward to hearing from Telecom such things.
