The blame game
Had a very pleasant night at the Agenda Christmas Party. What I like about it is so many of the people there are interesting and you can have fascinating discussions on topics from the Canadian constitutional crisis to Cicero.
One of the attendees was NBR Editor Nevil Gibson. It was when I was chatting to him that I suddenly realised I hadn’t written my weekly NBR online column. Doing it last night wasn’t a sensible option, but thankfully I have now done it this morning and it is online at NBR, called The Blame Game.
Treasury get best play of the week for being brave enough to say unpopular things in their BIM, the Defence Force gets worst play of the week and the undisclosed ACC bailouts win scandal of the week.
