First dispatch online at NBR

My first column for NBR Online is up on their site. I forgot to give it a title, so it was given the simple name of “Dispatch #1”.

One extract:

In a sparse field, the winner is National’s ACC policy which gets a solid B. It would have got an A- but for some reason National is only pledging to “Investigate opening the Work Account to competition”. Good God, I hope the tax policy doesn’t become “Investigate reducing taxes”.
