Women earning the dollars

I always enjoy telling friends overseas that our highest earning CEO is a woman – Telecom CEO Theresa Gattung. I think it is a nice reflection of how few barriers NZ has to women being able to achieve, that they have landed not just top jobs in politics and the law, but also business.

With amusement I note that Theresa has been overtaken, but by another woman – Westpac NZ CEO Anne Sherry. So the two top earning “businessmen” are both female.
