I’m on Nightline tonight on TV3 talking about, you guessed it, suppression orders and the Internet. I happened to be in Auckland for a meeting and we filmed it at the end of the meeting which was on the 22nd floor of the ANZ Tower. The superb view and plush boardroom are not mine sadly.

We had to redo part of the interview after the cameraman realised that the lapel mike placement had led to a button coming undone and I was showing too much skin – that would certainly qualify as a breach of the decency standards of the BSA 🙂

The whole issue, both generically, and this specific instance has been fascinating and I look forward to the day when one can debate it more fully.
