28 times in a week!

Oh the energy of youth. A student has sex 28 times in one week with his teacher.

Boy will he have high expectations with his next girlfriend!

I’m guessing that the combined total of those 28 occasions probably didn’t last much more than 5 minutes. I wonder what grade he got from his school teacher. For his performance. His academic performance.

You might begin to wonder, when it comes to adults having sex with underage children if females are not the biggest offenders. Hmmm

It is far less likely to be exposed than an underage boy has had sex with a woman than a girl has had sex with a male. Because a boy might be far less likely to feel violated and probably even feels good about himself after such an encounter. It is very likely a boy would seek out further encounters and not cooperate with authorities attempting to prosecute such an offender.

I know I wouldn’t have.

My bet is that previous commentors are little different in this regard.

Why are we kidding ourselves?

Right, DPF. But would you have blogged it were this a male teacher who had taken two 13-year-old girls home, got them drunk and then had sex with one in front over the other? 28 times over the course of a week? Would you be jokingly commenting that the young girl would be expecting a lot from her next boyfriend?

If not, whence the double standard?

err – no I wouldn’t joke about that. Like most people I think there is a difference between the two situations and happy to say I have a double standard there.

I don’t advocate the law should have a double standard however – just my sense of humour.

Nonsense this boy was not raped. raped means he did not consent and there is no way in the universe that he did not consent – physiological impossibility – especially 28 times in one week. Give us a break.

The womans actions were immoral – yes – illegal – yes but not rape, nowhere on this planet.

BTW It is part of some cultural traditions for a father to take his sons to prostitutes from about 13 or 14.

Do you know why?

I wonder how the multiculti elite would handle this if someone claimed it for themselves and sons

As someone who was the “victim” of an older woman when I was 14 years of age I would have to say that it did me no harm at all. I certainly was not raped or abused.

Of course, in a cloud of hypocrisy, I would not want the same to happen to my daughter when she was fourteen.

note:

In the Netherlands the age of consent has two categories. I believe one says that a 14 year old and above can consent always. The second category says that if under 14 but over 12 consent is assumed unlessd the youth complains. I assume you do not consider the Dutch to be civilized. Another uncivilzed nation is Chile where the age of consent is also 12. Mexico is also 12. There are also a couple of others; seven have an age of consent at 13, 31 nations are at 14 and that includes much of Europe.

This is one of those cases where objectively deciding if the boy is a victim goes out of the window. If the boy complained, then there is an issue – if they were merely caught, and the boy did not want to press charges then this shouldn’t go near the courts. The teacher may be guilty of conduct breaching her employment agreement, but that’s it. I actually find it quite abhorrent that if you take THIS case http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/0208052teach1.html a woman can face decades in prison for something which is hardly damaging for life.

Yes I know if it was a man and a girl people think different but sorry men – there are differences between men, women, boys and girls. By its very nature, sex between male and female is typically (not always) a somewhat aggressive act by a male – so a female is less able to resist. It is difficult for a woman to force a boy to have sex unless he is aroused, the opposite is not so difficult.

There are issues of teachers abusing their power, and there are enormous issues of child abuse – but this case is on the borderline – if you think otherwise then the law should be enforced strictly. 15yo boys should go to prison for sex with 14yo girls. No? Well the National Party supports it, it refused to support the law being changed.

Hey logix – the difference between girls and boys is not just a matter of plumbing.

Men think and behave differently than women.

Speak differently even.

In the real world, as opposed the ideal world of the mind police, most thirteen year old boys would be pretty keen to have it off with a female teacher if she is pretty enough.

Andrei, you’re dead right. I recall Miss Ayers was my teacher as a 12/13 year old, she jumpstarted me into puberty [along with Daisy Duke]. From that point on, my mother was always saying “Spirit, will you stop blowing your nose on your pyjama jacket”

As a 13 yo I would have been delighted to peel Miss Ayers back, well, give it ago anyway.

I think all the ‘boys and girls are different’ comments are missing the point. Sure, this kid may or may not be psychologically scarred by this incident but this isn’t just about a 13-year-old child who was sexually abused. It’s also about a 34-year-old woman who had sex with a child.

A person who has sex with children is a paedophile, and that is exactly what we should call this woman. She is a danger to the students in her care and probably severely mentally ill.

The male commentators probably identify with the boy in this case, but it should be remembered there is also a woman involved, a sick, perverted woman.

A pedophile is someone who has sexual interest in PRE-pubersent children….not teenagers.It may be against the law and iccky but it ain’t pedophila.It must be remembered that our current views and laws on the age of sexual consent are at varience with our biology which has us ready for sex and reproduction from about 13 up and which our ancestors had no problem with.In the early days of the US it was common for children as young as 10 to be in relationships and treated as adults.To modern eyes this is just wrong but we have to remember that its only thanks to Capitalism and the rise of wealth levels that ended this practice as parents could educate their kids and allow them a longer growing up period before going out into the world.It is in no ones interest for young children in our society to be sexually active and reproducing and all that goes with it but lets respect the facts of reality that sex is a natural process and children are sexual beings…as offputting as that fact may be to us.
