Voting by Mexican Wave

Heh someone must have spiked the ICANN Board’s coffee. They just voted on a resolution to aim to have a process for considering new generic TLDs by 1 January 2007 and they voted for it by way of mexican wave from left to right.

Sort of had to be there to really appreciate it, but it was very funny and some welcome levity during a long session (2.5 hours and no break so far).
