US Embassies gaining special ops troops

I see US Embassies in “unstable regions” are gaining special ops troops to gather “disrupt, capture or kill” terrorists.

WIth Winston as Foreign Minister there can be little doubt we are an unstable region, so this may liven up the neighbourhood in Thorndon.
