Rugby and The Treaty

Goodness no end of ways to extend the Treaty of Waitangi. Despite rugby not being introduced to New Zealand until 1870, somehow it is subject to the Treaty of Waitangi.

Bill Bush has called for The All Blacks to have a 50% Maori quota in line with the Treaty. Yeah I also missed seeing that clause.
