Paedophile gets $25,000 for loss if privacy

Police decide to warn the parents of local schools and kindies that a convicted paedophile had moved in, and they end up having to pay him $25,000.

He has a string of offending going back to 1982 so fair to be concerned that he may reoffend.

How nice we are that our laws protect paedohpiles rights for privacy but not parents rights to know a paedophile has moved next door to their school.
