Finally!!!

Finally something appears in the media on the totally illogicial reasoning of the Police decision to claim there was evidence of lack of authorisation but not evidence of over-spending.

The Press Editorial today states:

The police also decided there was insufficient evidence of Labour over-spending in terms of the Electoral Act. This was a bizarre decision, given the finding that the pledge cards were advertising which should have been authorised. It should have followed that the cost ought to have been declared and that Labour had overspent by around $400,000
