Pussy-Whipped

Heh only a female journalist could get away with using the term pussy-whipped in an article. Fran O’Sullivan writes:

Are the New Zealand authorities so pussy-whipped that they have to wait until four months after the election to throw the book at Labour for what looks like a clear raid on the Government purse to help finance its campaign?

Also a good read is the Dom Post Editorial headlined Sugar junkies in charge of lolly shop, which I guess is a more politically correct version of alcoholics in charge of a brewery.
