Lotto

I basically do not gamble. I will accept all sorts of silly challenges due to my competitive nature [makes board games very nasty sometimes] but I have never been into throwing away money which statistically I will not get back.

Until last week I had never ever purchased a lotto ticket. At university I did buy quite a few scratch and win tickets but they were only $1 each.

Anyway last week I decided that as life had been pretty good lately perhaps this meant I was lucky so I decided to buy my first lotto ticket. $11 handed over for a power dip.

Well finally got around to checking the results today and not a single line had more than two numbers match. Ha – not even close. I’m going to try it for one more week but if I donm’t win something decent this week I’m going to go back to my Lotto boycott!
