Drowning

Ok well that has put me off going to the beach. Dr Cullen has ordered that “anybody who thinks there are large fiscal surpluses to be spent now by means of large tax reductions should be taken out and quietly drowned”.

Does this mean that if I see any Labour MPs or staff on a beach I can shoot them and claim self defence? 🙂
