He seems imminently suited to his new proposed carreer as an Immigration consultant.Indeed lesser talented ratbags have made a fortune in that business.

All the righties come out to play upon the lawyer’s web one day,

Not having any lives of their own, there really was not much they could say,

So instead they had some fun, making faces and poking tongues,

For the man they now deemed a bum, had broken their rules and not worn their suits, nor took their pay.

Harder will be forgotten, a non person, a wannabe, who ultimately failed, good. The criminal law in a secular democratic country that believes in the rule of law is not much of a vehicle for someone with a big ego who sees injustice everywhere or at least tries to manufacture it.

Until Logix suggested it, I had no idea this was a case of supporting left vs right in politics. I had no idea, for example, that Harder was being beaten up “by the right” on this blog.

It always seemed to me that it was the case of a lawyer who was removed from practice after several controversial incidents which were unprofessional, potentially damaging to his clients, and threatened to bring the Law Society and his colleagues (by proxy) into disrepute.

But clearly Logix has uncovered the real answer – Harder is a victim of centre-right political strategy.

Didn’t you?

His time as a lawyer is over, Harder himself admits that…but the ugly gloating over his tragic and largely self-inflicted demise, has come from all the usual suspects.

Logix, please dispense with the tinfoil hat theory that this is some kind of centre-right beatup. Harder, by virtue of his many varied complaints against him, including judges, clients and people who have been caught up in his other escapades. It wouldn’t have mattered whether he was left or right wing – the law society certainly wouldn’t be thinking that way now, would they?

Harder was grossly unprofessional. Whats left or right wing about that?

Anyone interested in a little perspective might want to check the latest NBR if you want to see the views of the rest of the profession that believes in a fair crack for everyone. That must go down like a dead rat with the Law Society. Watch they don’t gloat so much they choke. Some lawyers might want’ to know whetehr they Society spent seven figure pursuing Harder. I hear a firm of PI’s got most of the Auckland lawyers practicing fees this year.
