Chris Trotter has an excellent column in The Independent on the post-election negotiations. A must read for political junkies.

It will be interesting to see if his preidction that Nandor replacing Rod Donald will tilt the Greens to work closer with the Maori Party will hold true. He says that the Greens and Maori Party considered negotiating with Labour as a 10 vote centre-left bloc but the Greens led by Donald decided not doing so would get them a better result from Labour.
