An offensive judgement

Over the years a few Judges have come out with judgements which look they belong to the 18th century not the 19th or 20th. Normally they have been UK or Australian Judges.

But the Italian Supreme Court has joined their ranks.

I almost can’t believe this is a real story but they have ruled that the sentence for a man who forced his 14 year old step-daughter into oral sex should be reduced because the girl was not a virgin!!!!

I’m speechless.
