Top 10 speed cameras

Hmmn the top ten speed cameras churned out 60,000 tickets in the last financial year. Now if the average fine is $200 a ticket that is a nice neat $12 million. Dr Cullen will be happy.

I do approve though of the plan to have speed cameras near schools. I support the use of speed cameras if they are used in blackspot areas etc.
