More Alito hearings

Andrew Sullivan does a great job highlighting the stupidity of an Emily Bazelon (a Slate senior editor) who complains essentially that Alito will only rule for the little guy when the law dictates that he should.

Yes, seriously. They want a Judge who will rule for the little guy even if the law doesn’t support it. Sad.

Power Line has an e-mail from Susan Sullivan who is a “card carrying member of the ACLU, a liberal pro-choice advocate who supports abortion rights, favors gun control, supports gay marriage and opposes the death penalty” and also a former Alito Clerk.
