Nick being sued – again!

An American chemical company is suing Nick Smith after he raised concerns about their surface treated T1.2 timber framing product in relations to leaky homes.

Poor Nick must have the record for lawsuits against him. I think the first was in the early 90s, by the Exclusive Brethren when he was helping a local family who was having problems with them.
