Do you remember John Tamihere saying that he was in awe of Michael Cullen’s ability to change just a single word in an agreement with a coalition partner, and it could totally undermine what the partner thought they were getting.

Well looks like he has done it again. NZ First thought they were getting 1,000 frontline police staff, while it seems the agreement may just be for 1,000 more people employed by Police which could mean 1,000 more civilians sitting behind speed cameras.
