Wood wins court case

It appears that Susan Wood has won her court case according to this NZPA story.

However the RNZ story says her $450,000 salary will expire at the end of the year. I’m not quite sure what this means. It could mean that her employment can cease at this date, but the NZPA story suggest the Court accepts she is a permanent employee.

Certainly a bad look for TVNZ and especially the Board who basically instructed TVNZ management to illegally unilaterally cut salaries.
