Ministers first

The revelation that if there is a birdflu pandemic, Ministers would have priority access to the anti-viral Tamiflu should be no surprise, and indeed in my opinion it is justified.

As much as my libertarian streak likes the idea of no Government, the reality is that the last thing you need during a crisis is a non-functioning Government. Hence why they also have a civil defence shelter in the Beehive.
