Congratulations NZRFU

Well I am amazed but delighted that NZRFU has won the rights to host the 2011 rugby world cup. That is a huge coup.

Having believed the conventional wisdom that NZ had no chance at all, I had even said that NZRFU should withdraw. Damn pleased to be so wrong, along with all the sports betting agencies.

And yes well done to all the bid team, including Helen Clark. They really have done well to win it against almost all expectations.
