Businesses now responsible for their customers!

In a return to traditional idiotic popularism Michael Laws has proposed levying corporate fast-food outlets to help cover the cost of cleaning up the litter they caused.

Now this is just idiotic. McDonalds is required by law to wrap their food. To make them financially liable because some customers litter is about as sensible as proposing that priests be liable for child support because their parishoners have sex before marriage!!
