Edinburgh
I don’t normally fall in love with a place within seconds of arriving, but I have with Edinburgh.
You leave the train station and just above it are a range of stunning castles and monuments. Right in the middle of the city.
And then looking to your right is a huge beautiful park that goes for around six city blocks.
At that point I am imagining working here and having lunch in the park most days.
Head off to a pub called Ryan’s to meet Donald. Very nice. Then just a five minute walk down a tiled street to Donald’s place.
As you can see from this photo, you get a nice view in the morning to wake up to.
Anyway off sightseeing today. Probably here until Sunday.
