The Dominion Post has an article on Microsoft wanting the proposed anti-spam law to be opt-out not opt-in. David CUnliffe is absolutely right that this approach would be too weak and open up huge loppholes.

Also good to see that the issue of enforcement models is open for revisiting at select committee. It is a very good bill generally, and will be an excellent one if the enforcement model is changed.
