Maori Party fading?

One News Colmar Brunton Poll now has Dover Samuels only 1% behind Hone Harawira. If this reflects an overall trend then the Maori Party will only win Tariana Turia’s seat. Another poll has Labour in front in Te Tai Tonga.

The story does not give details of sample size, or how the names were selected (Maori seats are very difficult to poll).

Possibly in response to this, the Maori Party has said they will probably stay out of coalition, and vote issue by issue.
