Fisking the Morality Survey
Keith Ng does what has to be labelled a good fisking (I love it how widespread that now is as a word) of the SST Morality Survey.
His key point is that with United Future voters over-represented by 1000%, it is not at all representative.
I have to admit that I find it very difficult to believe 36% of Aucklanders disapprove of sex before marriage. Hell I disapprove of marriage before sex! I mean almost no-one marries at 20 – 21 now like a generation ago, and really the thought of not having sex until you are 30 – sure – Britney Spears is still a virgin also.
Most amusing aspect of the survey though was far more Christian Heritage voters view pornography than National or Labour voters.
