Thanks Bishops for the Ratings

I always used to suspect that whenever there was some offensive adult film, that the porn industry would pay off Graham Capill to complain about it, thus generating publicity and exponentially increasing the number of viewers. In light of recent events, perhaps it was co-ordinated!

I’ve mentioned several times that I only saw Southpark for the first time after Capill condemned the movie, specifically saying he doesn’t see how anyone can find funny a “homosexual sex scene between Satan and Saddam Hussein”. How can one resist that?

Anyway the Catholic Bishops are now calling on Canwest to be boycotted as they keep showing Popetown. I hadn’t got around to seeing the show, but now will make sure I get a copy. I suspect ratings will not skyrocket thanks to the boycott threat.
