Free Trade better than Live Aid

This is why I love blogs. I’ve seen nothing in the local media about this, but Gordon at NZ Pundit has highlighted that Bush has proposed to abolish US agricultural subsidies if the EU will do the same.

This will do more to help third world poverty than any amount of aid (which PC suggests actually harm more than help)or debt writeoffs. It would also be great for NZ.
