Closing Submission to Commerce Commission on UBS

For the benefit of the 1% of readers who actually are following this issue, I’ve attached below the closing submission InternetNZ made to the Commerce Commission on the UBS (broadband Internet) determination.

The whole thing should end around 5.30 pm and then in a few months we should get the final determination. Oh yeah there is also a technical issues workshop in a few weeks but I am pretty sure I will not be attending that one!
