Later today I fly out to Europe and the US for two weeks, so as usual blogging volumes will be reduced.

I’m attending an ICANN meeting in Luxembourg from 9 to 15 July, and then attending the 2005 Freedom Forum in Washington DC on 18 and 19 July.
