The sedition trial
Tim Selwyn has pleaded guilty to putting an axe through the window of Helen Clark’s electorate office [Tim has asked me to clarify that in fact he only pleaded guilty to being a party to a conspiracy to commit intentional damage]. However has is contesting the sedition charge, which is now set to go to trial.
I suspect the Police may decide to drop the charge, on the grounds he has now pleased guilty to other charges. Will be a fascinating trial if they continue though. And will Tim be able to live-blog his own trial from the court room? 🙂
Meanwhile Cathy, who recalls Tim as a fellow right-wing student, has some advice for him in her usual subtle way.
