Meal of the Week

Despite the great experience at Vivo on Friday, the meal of the week was Saturday night as Stats Girl had caught two crayfish out diving, and served them up with some pasta.

I love crayfish at the best of times, but one caught only a few hours earlier was a treat. You really do notice the extra freshness and succulence. If I was on death row, crayfish and pasta would definitely be what I would request for my final meal.

Just need to convince Stats Girl now that she wants to go out diving every day!
