Tamihere blog deleted

The Labour Party has deleted John Tamihere’s blog entirely from their website.

I presume their lawyers advised them that the longer they left his comments from Friday up, the more likely it is that most of their $2 million campaign fund would end up being given to TV3 and others to settle a defamation suit.

UPDATE: The SST has a story on the removal. I had to laugh at the part where Clark said she did not intend to have the blog removed, yet an hour later it had been deleted. She must have meant she did not intend to have the blog removed, in the same way she did not intend the painting to be burnt and destroyed 🙂
