Money does not equal services

Labour pushes the line that extra spending is always good, and any suggestion of less spending means a decline in quality or quantity of services.

The Herald reports how the number of publicly funded acute and elective operations has actually fallen under Labour, from 160,573 to 157,754 despite a huge $3 billion of extra funding.
