Marlborough Express applies for job with PM

The editor of the Marlborough Express seems to be applying for a job with the PM‘s press team. His or her predecessor of course already works for the PM as head of her comms unit and is standing for Labour in Kaikoura.

Locals tell me the local paper has been very biased in terms of its coverage towards its former editor. One would never guess that with thsi statement “This is not a prime minister known for extravagance, more one who works hard, and needs the right tools to do the job” which Mr Burns himself could not have worded better for her.
