Hotel log: Samuels not sober

Hmmn this is interesting.

Labour whip Darren Hughes said yesterday that during a meeting after the incident “there had been no suggestion from the hotel that Mr Samuels was drunk”.

Yet the log entry form the hotel says Samuels was “not sober”, was aggressive and yelled at hotel staff.

So who do we believe? The hotel who recorded the incident at the time, or the spin several weeks later?
