The Australian Government plans to pass a law to force publishers of any electoral material to identify a person who agrees to authorise the content.

I wonder how they will enforce that. If someone uses blogspot.com, there is no way a US company is going to be giving out details of its users, and in fact may often not know themselves.

And what if say a NZ blogger, whose name is not used on their blog, starts talking about Australian election issues?
