Matt talks about Don Brash punishing people for their integrity, yet fails to mention that his socialist paradise of Cuba is run by a dictator who executes and jails dissidents who disagree with him.

It was only in 2002 that Cuba jailed 75 people for up to 28 years. And their crime – promoting a petition (as allowed to under Cuban law) calling for freedom of association, freedom of speech, freedom of press, as well as the freedom to start private businesses.

Nice to see the Progressives so supportive of human rights.
